hi this is a test it is a bit difficult to navigate round but the registration was easy!

So tell me please what is so difficult to navigate? I will try to get that fixed

I came back to this site after an extended abscence-gmedic was old name- but i can't seem to keep from posting twice! I just hit post, then the site always has to be \"refreshed\" w/o ever showing the forum. after i refresh it all is well except there is 2 of my posts!!! I tried to cancel or erase one of them under \"edit\" but then I got 3:woohoo: posts!!!

Can ya help me? or do I just need to get it right the first time? LOL!
