On top of my constant severe facial/head cramps, I'm now experiencing pain behind both ears, across the boney protrusions of my skull
I Googled and came up with:
'Occipital neuralgia is a distinct type of headache characterized by piercing, throbbing, or electric-shock-like chronic pain in the upper neck, back of the head, and
behind the ears, usually on one side of the head. Typically, the pain of occipital neuralgia begins in the neck and then spreads upwards.'
Stems from crushed nerves in the neck, damaged nerves etc. Oh boy, yet another pain to contend with...
Anyone experiencing similar pains ??
Wish you all some "good days" soon, Helen x
