I posted this on another website forgetting I also can post here. You can self report adverse medication effects, even if they date back years. Please pass this info on where ever else you might post.

I had reported mine with omnipaque several years ago but after reviewing this database find I'm not on it, so will do so next week, kindly Aly

Certainly will pass this on. There was some sort of scheme in England for doing this but don't know where it is up to at the moment.
You could write to the then Medicines Control Agency and they had to reply within 20 days.
I set up a paper war in 1997 and did just that. I doubled their paperwork in one month for the whole of the previous year.I got all the members to send in a standard letter and eventually they rang me up. I ask how they knew it was me and they said they had had thousands of letters.
Just nuisance value really.
